Anthony J. Marino is the Founder and CEO of JMP Holdings in Clifton, New Jersey. Mr. Marino began his career in the construction industry, rising through the ranks specializing in site work, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry and mechanical systems.
In 1968, Mr. Marino founded JMP Holdings which today is one of the top ten competing general contracting and construction management companies in New Jersey. Specializing in commercial, institutional, industrial and healthcare projects, the company has generated over half a billion dollars in successfully completed projects and has grown from a $1 million bonding capacity to its current $250+ million level. Family owned and operated, Mr. Marino's son Joseph currently serves as President, Anthony's wife Gail is Secretary while daughter Barbara is the Chief Financial Officer. The company's motto is "Companies Don't Build; People Do." Mr. Marino has built a solid reputation with his commitment to quality and a passion for client satisfaction. Joseph Marino has over 28 years experience in Real Estate Development, General Construction and Construction Management. He is the President of JMP Holdings, a 41 year old family owned, General Contracting and Construction Management firm that has completed millions of square feet of commercial, institutional and residential construction including but not limited to residential apartments, retail centers, medical buildings, courthouses, offices, warehouses, hangars and baseball stadiums.
Mr. Pompeo is the officer in charge of all operations at JMP Holdings. As a construction professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience, Mr. Pompeo is well versed in construction management, general contracting, project management, estimating, value engineering, purchasing, budgets and field operations. He personally oversees project teams and is intimately involved with scheduling, safety and subcontractor coordination. He also works closely with the project superintendent to supervise on-site operations. Mr. Pompeo regularly communicates with owners and owner representatives to assure the smooth completion of all projects on time and on budget.
Philip Cadiou has over 33 years experience in General Construction as a Project Manager, Purchasing Agent and Chief Estimator. Mr. Cadiou has experience in all types of commercial, residential, industrial and institutional construction projects.
As the Chief Estimator, Mr. Cadiou is responsible for preparation and coordination of all aspects of major estimates including Lump Sum, Pre-Construction/CM and Design Build. Mr. Cadiou also assists in all subcontractor buyouts, meets with clients to determine and discuss needs of the project, assists in preparation and attends major company presentations to clients, works closely with Sale/Marketing, Project Executives and CEO in finalizing proposals and contracts with clients.
Mr. Van Liew brings over 25 years of real estate development, engineering, and construction management experience to JMP Holdings. His expertise spans the full gamut of real estate disciplines from concept to occupancy. He has worked extensively in site selection, feasibility analysis, acquisitions, conceptual and design development, engineering, finance, high-rise project development and construction management. Mr. Van Liew has developed mixed use, high visibility real estate projects, over a million square feet of commercial real estate and over 1,500 high-rise residential apartments, with total project value exceeding $1.2 billion dollars.
Mr. Bracey is the field officer in charge of the project management/estimating team. He has over 25 years of experience and is an expert in carpentry, masonry, pre-cast plank, drywall, plumbing and electrical contracting among other disciplines. His responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the projects to which he is assigned.
As field officer in charge, Mr. Mazza brings over 19 years of experience to the project management/estimating team. His expertise in carpentry, masonry, pre-cast plank, drywall, plumbing and electrical contracting enables him to carry out his responsibilities overseeing day-to-day operations of the projects to which he is assigned.
Mr. Benedetto implements the work schedule on a daily basis. His responsibilities include monitoring labor levels, supervising field logistics and maintaining project quality schedules, costs and safety precautions.
